Terms of Service

Welcome to Actr ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Actr, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

• Users must not upload, create, share, or generate any content that contains nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, threats, or any other offensive material.
• Content involving minors in an exploitative, harmful, or suggestive manner is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not use the Service to impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in illegal activities.
• Violations of these rules will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

Purchases made through Actr are non-refundable by default. Refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the Actr development team on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued based on the specific circumstances of the request.

3. Anonymous Logins and Account Responsibility

Actr allows users to log in and use the Service anonymously. Users who choose to log in anonymously understand that any points, content, or progress associated with the anonymous session are not guaranteed to be preserved if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or the user logs out. We are not responsible for any loss of points or content under these circumstances. Users may create an account via Apple Sign-In or other available authentication methods; however, we do not guarantee the ability to transfer points, progress, or content between anonymous sessions and newly created accounts.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the original media you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant Actr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create and share using Actr.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Actr, or third parties.

7. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Actr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
